1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through artsytone.com. The contract is concluded between you (the customer) and:

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order via this website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the product(s). A contract is formed once we confirm your order via email or fulfill the delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

3. Products & Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are final prices under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG). No VAT is charged or shown.

Product descriptions are created with care, but minor deviations (e.g., in color or size) may occur due to monitor settings or handmade production.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. The goods will only be shipped or made available for download after full payment is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are listed with each product. If delays occur, we will inform you promptly.

Shipping is available to the countries listed on the checkout page. Any customs duties or import taxes for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

You may use the EU model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (e.g. downloads) once the download has started, if:

  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
  • You have expressly agreed that we may begin the fulfillment before the withdrawal period ends, and

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties (so-called “cardinal obligations”) and limited to foreseeable damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains unaffected.
